We are a Colorado nonprofit, and people with disabilities need your help.
We need your help to support the needs of people with disabilities throughout Northern Colorado. It is our mission to provide our clients with personalized services that promote their highest levels of independence, well-being and ongoing healing.
Your financial support is vital to the mission and vision of Adeo.
Our donors, underwriters and volunteers share a common desire to help our clients—whether they receive residential, home health, physical therapy or wellness services.
Adeo is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization. Your contributions are tax deductible up to the maximum amount allowed by law.
Create a Legacy to Benefit Future Generations
We strive to create opportunities for individuals to achieve their highest level of independence and well-being. This important work has been made possible through the years because of loyal supporters like you.
By including Adeo in your estate plans, you make a powerful commitment to ensuring that people throughout our region have access to our exceptional services and facilities.
You can include Adeo in your estate planning by taking one of these steps:
- Notify us of your intention to make a bequest to Adeo.
- Inform us that you have included Adeo in your estate through a will, living trust, or by naming Adeo a beneficiary of your retirement plan.
- Establish a charitable gift annuity or other type of life income gift with Adeo.
The official bequest language for Adeo is: “I give, devise, and bequeath to Adeo, a nonprofit Colorado organization with its headquarters in Greeley, Colorado, or the legal successor thereto (insert here sum of money, portion of estate, description of property, or the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate). The same, and income thereof, to be owned, held, and used for the following purpose to wit: Support Adeo.”

A Tradition of Commitment
Volunteers and Adeo enjoy a rich and rewarding partnership. Hope Cassidy recruited the first group of volunteers who summoned the resources and support to create what is now known as Adeo.
Today, our volunteers continue to make a valuable contribution to the organization. Volunteers participate in a variety of capacities at Adeo, including assisting with residents, providing clerical support, as well as helping with events and other organizational activities.
Adeo volunteers share a common commitment to the organization and support us in creating an environment where people with temporary or permanent disabilities may achieve their highest level of independence and well-being.
A few hours of your time is a fun and valuable way to get involved. Equally important is the outstanding impact your time will make for our clients and the organization.
Volunteer opportunities vary. We will work with you to find appropriate placement.
