Complete Any “Homework” That Is Assigned

Physical therapy is a collaborative process that works if you do the assigned excises at home. During your in-office sessions, your physical therapist will show you the homework you need to perform between visits. To get the most out of your recovery, you not only need to attend your in-office sessions with your therapist, but you also need to work your muscles at home. Recovering from an injury isn’t always easy. However, if you follow the recommended exercises, each day of homework will lead to the ultimate goals of recovery that you have set for yourself.
