Looking for a fun way to shake up your workout routine? Greeley exercise classes are a great way to do that! Not only can you mix up your workout with different types of exercises, but you can also meet new people. This type of exercise is great for extroverted people who thrive in group settings.

Greeley Exercise Classes at Adeo Athletic Center
Total Body Reboot
Get ready for summer with this fun new outdoor class! Total Body Reboot is designed to jumpstart your workout routine. This class is held from May 15th-June 26th on Saturdays at 9 a.m. and Tuesdays at 4:15 p.m. All classes will be held outside the Athletic Center (weather permitting) and will be limited to 8 participants. Come get outside with us this summer while taking a great class!
In just one hour, this fast-paced, bootcamp-style class will have weightlifting, powerlifting, and Olympic-style lifting. Don’t let that intimidate you, though. This class is team-oriented and totally modifiable. The instructor will meet you at your current fitness level and inspire you to always keep pushing to the next one.
No Barbells About It
Maybe barbells just aren’t for you, but you still want a fast-paced class. Then No Barbells About It is the class for you. The main difference from our Total Fit class is that this class uses dumbbells instead. You’ll still feel motivated to crush your goals and keep working hard in No Barbells About It – no matter where you are on your fitness journey.
Love the fast-paced, intense classes but don’t have a full hour? Lunchtime Express will get you in and out in 45 minutes. You’ll be moving, lifting, and back out the door before your lunch break is over. This class is very similar to Total Fit and No Barbells About It – just condensed to better fit into a busy schedule.
