If you’re new to group fitness and unsure of what to do, don’t worry. Our instructor will demonstrate each individual exercise but also provide modifications. If you have an injury, like an old rotator cuff injury, we recommend coming to class early. This will give you time to discuss your needs with your instructor so that she can provide the alternatives you need. We will help you work around pain or injury so that you reap all the benefits of exercise – increased energy, stamina, strength, and confidence – without increased pain.

Looking for a fast-paced strength training class? In No Barbells About It, you’ll stick to dumbbells. You can choose the amount of weight you start with, and everything is customizable. This is a great class for those just getting back into working out!
Those who love to lift will have a blast in Total Fit. Instead of solo lifting, this class builds camaraderie as you cycle through various lifting styles and moves. Still completely modifiable, this class uses barbells.
Busy schedule? No problem. Get the best of our strength-training classes in just 45 minutes with Lunchtime Express. You can stay the full hour for some strength training as well .This class is fast-paced, modifiable, and fits right into your lunch break.
