Hope Warm Water Pool Update

On March 16, 2020, in response to the COVID-19 crisis and Public Health orders, we made the decision to limit the use of the Hope Warm Water Pool for aqua therapy appointments only, until further notice. Appointments were scheduled through Adeo Physical Therapy.
We knew that limiting pool use to essential health care appointments only would allow us to continue serving our community through the pandemic.
Over these past three months, we have worked diligently in accordance with guidelines from public health officials, to keep the pool safely open for our therapy patients.
As COVID-19 continues to evolve and impact organizations worldwide, businesses must reassess how to remain relevant and solvent. On June 17, 2020 Adeo’s Board of Directors debated the future operations of the pool, and after giving thoughtful consideration to a number of factors, made the decision to prioritize the needs of our patients. Effective immediately, the Hope Warm Water Pool will be utilized exclusively for Physical Therapy under the care of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Some questions you may have for us at this time:
Q: Am I able to get a refund for my unused/partially-used pool punch card?
A: Yes, please bring or mail your punch cards to us at 2780 28th Avenue, Greeley 80634
for a refund.
Q: How do I get a refund for swim lessons that were cancelled?
A: Swim lesson refunds are currently being processed. Please call Kristin Mather

Q: How do I schedule an aqua therapy appointment with the Adeo Physical Therapy team?
A: Please call our clinic at 970-339-0011 for aqua therapy appointment assistance.
Please note that you will need a doctor’s prescription for therapy if you are on Medicare
or Medicaid. For all other insurance types and private pay, you may set up an appointment without a doctor’s order.
