Adeo is a nonprofit organization that supports people with disabilities to take their place as full citizens of their community. Our Stephens Farm Brain Injury program provides support to our residents with brain injuries so they may lead lives as independently as possible.

We are looking for full-time & part-time Direct Care Provider (DCP) for multiple shifts.

Available Shifts

Evening shift: 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Overnight shift: 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Pay Range

$17 – $18 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide services to residents as detailed in the plan of care. This includes ADLs, IADLs, housekeeping, laundry, personal care and hygiene.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of care provided.
  • Ensure the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the facility. Provide a safe, clean, therapeutic environment for residents.
  • Lead or assist with resident groups or activities as necessary.
  • Availability every other weekend

 

Qualifications

  • This is an entry-level position. We will train the right candidate.
  • Six months or more experience of Personal Care preferred
  • Previous experience preferred working with disabilities
  • Communicate effectively with staff and clients through speech, reading, and writing in English.
  • Possess visual and auditory acuity.
  • QMAP Certification preferred
