Our team of professional therapists can help you
get back on track.

Our experienced staff provide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients with injuries or disease. Our therapists work closely with patients to restore, maintain, and promote their overall fitness and wellness for healthier and more active lifestyles.

For additional information, contact us online or call 970-339-0011.

Colorado is a Direct Access State.
This means that most insurance carriers (with the exception of Medicare) do not require a prescription or a referral for physical therapy services. We recommend you contact your insurance carrier to confirm eligibility.
